A Political Contradictionary from A to Z

The heart of many a contradiction, exemplified by the practice of asking private companies to perform government services, in effect, turning tax dollars into private profit. The object is to socialize the costs and privatize the gains. Think government contracts to Blackwater and other corporations in the for-profit business of providing private armies, paid for with public funds. Apparently, socialized spending is acceptable when it comes to warfare, but not for health care. That is a Double Standard.

The true hypocrite is the one who ceases to perceive his deception, the one who lies with sincerity.
Andre Gide

Drunk Master's Style c. 2017

A Drunken Master is sure to hit back;
Blusterer-in-Chief, quick to attack
Unlike #44
Likely to tweet or go to war.
Lauding Bannon and 'common sense'.
Yes to Sessions and 'deference'

Playing at White House from his tower;
Using every lever of power,
Loosing xenophobic rants, he
Parodies Mussolini's prance.
Immigration bans can't kill our Constitution.
The calls insist: Impeach is the solution!
